CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN, a certificate of origin for export goods for the country

According to the difference of the issuer, certificate of origin can be divided into the following three categories:

  1)Certificate of origin issued by the commodity inspection agencies, such as: The People's Republic of China Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (CIQ) issued by the GSP certificate of origin form a (GSP FORM A);
  2)General Certificate of origin (CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN). Certificate of origin issued by the chamber of Commerce, such as: China International Trade Promotion Council (CCPIT) issued by the general certificate of origin, referred to as CCPIT Certificate (CCPIT CEERTIFICATE of origin);
  3)Certificate of origin issued by the manufacturers or exporters.

- GSP certificate of origin (GSP FORM A): applicable to 39 developed countries export to conform to the relevant provisions of the investment products. 
Including: EU 27 countries (Britain, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Ireland, Denmark, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Cyprus, Malta, Bulgaria and Romania), Turkey, Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Japan, Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Ukraine
 
- "China - ASEAN Free Trade Agreement" certificate of origin (FORM E): currently applicable to exports to Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Laos and other countries and in accordance with the relevant provisions of the products.

- "China - Chile Free Trade Agreement" certificate of origin (FORM F): since October 1, 2006, China's exports to Chile's "China - Chile Free Trade Agreement under the products enjoy giving Chile tariff preferential treatment.

- General Certificate of origin (CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN), the export products in the importing country / region for customs clearance, is the basis for the importing country to trade statistics. The CO certificate is issued to all countries (regions) of the independent customs territory.
